Our client is located in the beautiful South East suburbs near the sea. Enjoy a leisurely walk on the beach during lunch or grab a coffee at one of the many cafes within walking distance of the office. This mental health and wellbeing counseling support business caters to businesses across New Zealand, making a positive impact on everyday lives. Due to significant growth, we are seeking a full-time Wellbeing Advisor to join the first responder team, handling all incoming calls from customers and clients. While this role starts as a temporary assignment, it is highly likely to transition into a permanent position as our client portfolio expands.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a close-knit team that values mutual support and is genuinely passionate about promoting wellbeing. The job responsibilities include triaging incoming calls as part of the first responder team, assisting customers in need, coordinating with clinicians to provide appropriate support, managing paperwork and documentation, and responding promptly to critical incidents.
