The Company

By working closely with customers, they assist them in creating repayment plans to clear their debts efficiently.

The Role

They are currently seeking two motivated individuals to join their Internal Collections team. This office-based role involves responding to inbound calls from customers regarding unpaid debts. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their financial situations, and establish feasible repayment plans.

About You

The ideal candidate should have previous phone-based work experience, such as telesales or customer service. You must possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging customer conversations. Strong self-motivation, results orientation, and the ability to follow processes are essential for success in this role.

Located in Avondale, this role offers a base salary of $65K with additional commissions and bonuses, potentially reaching an OTE of $70K+. Working Hours

Start times vary between 10am, 10:30am, or 11am, allowing for flexibility in the mornings. Finish times range from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
