As a Care Coordinator at Access, you will be responsible for organizing home-based care and support services to help clients live safely and independently. This dynamic role involves collaborating with a supportive team to create innovative solutions and ensure that client needs are met efficiently.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Rostering support workers in Auckland - Communicating with support workers to cover shifts - Engaging with clients to understand and address their needs - Handling internal queries and providing support as required
