The Spectrum Group is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Communications and Marketing Advisor. This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid work model, offering ongoing training and a great team culture. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our philanthropic objectives through Spectrum Foundation, supporting disability services via Spectrum Care, and promoting community housing opportunities through Homes of Choice.

Role Responsibilities

Reporting to the executive Communications and Marketing Manager, the Communications and Marketing Advisor will be responsible for various aspects of brand management, media engagement, marketing campaigns, and communications strategies. This role involves creating and implementing effective marketing and social media strategies across Spectrum Foundation and its subsidiaries, managing social media channels, and monitoring brand presence across different media platforms.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate should have experience in brand management, media relations, marketing, and communications. A strong focus on customer-centric communication strategies is essential, along with the ability to create engaging campaigns and content. Lived experience of disability as a person with a disability or as a family member would be beneficial in this role.
