Job Overview

The company is currently in search of a Customer Service Representative, ideally from a manufacturing or trade background. The role entails providing excellent service through effective communication, assisting with telephone inquiries, processing customer orders and credits, and offering support to warehouse personnel and management as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high customer service standards
• Process customer sale orders promptly
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Handle credit returns efficiently
• Establish and manage customer accounts
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and OHS obligations

Requirements

• Background in Manufacturing or construction preferred
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data entry, reporting, and analysis
• Self-motivated and a team player
• Passion for developing strong customer relationships
