Community Paediatric Occupational Therapist Full-time Job

About the Position

Are you a Paediatric Occupational Therapist looking to work in a community setting with a leading neurorehabilitation provider in Auckland? ABI Rehabilitation is offering a full-time/part-time opportunity where you can make a positive impact on clients' lives by helping them regain independence and maximize function after brain injuries or other acquired injuries.

Responsibilities and Opportunities

• Work in an interdisciplinary team to support clients with functional goals in a community setting.
• Engage with clients of various ages and injury types across the Auckland region.
• Provide hands-on assessment and intervention to support clients' rehabilitation.
• Educate teachers and families on strategies to support children with sensory issues.
• Advise on equipment to enhance activities of daily living in the home.

Requirements and Benefits

If you have at least 2 years of experience working with clients with neurological injuries and are registered with the OT Board of New Zealand, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.
