What You'll Be Doing

As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include conducting individual assessments, updating care plans, and maintaining documentation in compliance with AN-ACC and Aged Care Legislation. You will support a clinical care team, provide guidance, and mentor nurses to ensure a holistic approach to resident care. Your role will involve attending to the clinical care needs of residents based on best practices.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you need to be a Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA Registration and experience in Aged Care. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting are essential.
