About the Role

As a Community Registered Nurse with Access Community Health, you will work in the community to deliver services to clients, develop and oversee support plans, and mentor support workers. You will collaborate with other health professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients, particularly the elderly, people with disabilities, and those rehabilitating from injury or illness.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Registered or enrolled nurse with a current practicing certificate
  • Experience in long-term conditions, aged residential care, or medical nursing (desirable)
  • Intermediate computer and online information recording skills
  • Effective planning and organizational skills
  • Current full driver's license
  • Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and cultural sensitivity
