- Proven experience in concrete work in construction - Ability to read plans, work in various conditions, and prioritize safety - Valid driver's license and reliable transport - 2 work-related references - Site Safe certification (required for some sites) - Experience with concrete pouring, finishing, and curing tasks - Ability to assist with surface preparation and equipment maintenance - Knowledge of safety protocols and effective team collaboration
