Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the advancement of digital workflow systems with a focus on contact center, omnichannel practices, and consumer engagement technologies.
  • Utilize expertise in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, to drive operational excellence.
  • Effectively manage stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and project success.
  • Apply experience in the government sector to navigate complex challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Leverage familiarity with PaaS platforms like AWS, Azure, or MuleSoft to drive technological innovation.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in contact center and omnichannel practices.
  • Experience with omnichannel customer engagement/contact center software systems and processes, ideally Genesys and NICE.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in the government sector.
  • Ability to excel under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with PaaS platforms such as AWS, Azure, or MuleSoft.
