This Salesforce CRM Administrator role allows you to contribute meaningfully to creating a more equitable, accessible, and people-centered health system.

The Opportunity

As a CRM Administrator, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, configuring, troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining Salesforce orgs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will enforce Salesforce platform standards to ensure security, performance, and governance across all Salesforce Orgs. This role involves supporting nationwide products and services on the Salesforce platform.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant experience
  • 3+ years of Salesforce administrator experience in a large and complex organization
  • Proficiency in Salesforce platform, JavaScript, HTML, Salesforce flows, Omnistudio, LWC, Salesforce reporting
  • Knowledge of Salesforce deployments, Metadata API, Apex, Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, Salesforce DX, and automation tools
  • Experience in working with APIs and integrating them with Salesforce
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
