In this role at Hays, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, working closely with job seekers and clients to ensure successful placements. Your focus will be on building new relationships, expanding the client portfolio, and identifying business development opportunities. You will need to utilize your resilience, creativity, and soft skills to attract and engage with job seekers, supporting them throughout their job search journey.

We are looking for experienced recruiters or sales professionals interested in transitioning into the recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recruitment or business development experience, be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate professionalism, credibility, and a sense of urgency. Strong communication skills, target-oriented mindset, and experience in high-level relationship management are essential for this role.
