A newly created role is now available for a Permanent Team Leader with a base salary of up to $110,000 plus commissions. Key Responsibilities:

The Permanent Team Leader will be responsible for developing relationships with key account stakeholders, identifying outsourcing opportunities for permanent recruitment, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction, and managing recruitment delivery. Leading a team of 2, this role requires strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and a focus on achieving the best bottom line possible. The ideal candidate will leverage their recruitment experience to manage client expectations, develop processes, and ensure best practices in this new service line.

Requirements:

Benefits:

Location: Rodney & North Shore
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year plus commissions
