Contract Estimator | Joinery Full-time Job

Key points:

- Well respected joinery contractor - Ongoing contract Estimator role - $80 - $100 per hour - Immediate start - Preparing accurate cost estimates for joinery projects - Experience in joinery estimating or related field - Proficiency in estimating software - Auckland location

Job requirements:

- Experience in joinery estimating, QS, or a related field - Strong knowledge of materials, construction methods, and NZ building codes - Proficiency in estimating software (PlanSwift, CostX, or similar)

Job responsibilities:

- Preparing accurate cost estimates and quotations for joinery projects - Measuring and quantifying materials, labour, and time requirements - Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery

Qualifications:

- Relevant experience in joinery estimating or QS field

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of materials, construction methods, and NZ building codes - Proficiency in estimating software - Great attention to detail and communication skills

Benefits:
