Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Handle inventory management, including restocking and stock-taking
• Work various shifts between breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including catering for large function groups
• Prepare café food, with a focus on popular items like sausage rolls and pies
• Ensure compliance with food safety criteria
• Demonstrate strong teamwork skills with both staff and club members
• Exhibit reliability and a strong work ethic
• Must have the right to work in New Zealand

Experience and Skills
