Your Responsibilities

As a Chef reporting to the Lounge Manager, your key responsibilities include preparing and presenting the lounge menu daily to provide a superior experience to airline passengers. You must have proven experience working in a commercial kitchen, be a hardworking team player, and have up-to-date knowledge of food safety and occupational health and safety legislation. Holding food safety Unit Standards 167 and 168 or equivalent is required, along with a passion for great food and quality.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in kitchen leadership, the ability to lead a team, and a track record of reliability. If you are passionate about food, quality, and teamwork, this position is for you.
