Requirements

• NZ qualified lawyer with NZ LPC and LLB degree
• 2-6 years PQE in corporate/commercial law
• M&A experience preferred
• Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Interest or experience in employment and/or digital law is a plus
• Proactive team player with good initiative
