Key Responsibilities
- Typing documents and correspondence
- Managing filing at High Court, IPONZ, and IP Australia
- Preparing Custom Notices and dealing with counterfeit goods
- Attending to trust account matters
- Using in-house software programs and maintaining client information
- Preparing client invoices and maintaining billing processes
- Arranging meetings and client visits
- Maintaining reminder systems for deadlines
Requirements for Success
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated administrative experience in a high-volume setting
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Fast and accurate keyboard skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and maintain confidentiality
