The Role

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our diverse portfolio of corporate and commercial clients. Your responsibilities will include business and corporate advisory, structuring, mergers and acquisitions, commercial property, commercial contracts, and finance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years PQE
• Transactional expertise in Corporate/Commercial law
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and efficiency
• Commitment to exceptional client service
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to mentor
• Current NZLS Practicing certificate
