What We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for Asian cuisine and a deep understanding of its flavors, techniques, and traditions
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a professional kitchen, specializing in Asian culinary arts
• Creative culinary mindset with a focus on developing innovative dishes while staying true to traditional roots
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and mentor kitchen staff
• Excellent organizational and management skills for smooth kitchen operations
• Commitment to using high-quality, fresh ingredients and interest in sustainable sourcing

Your Role with Us

As our Chef specializing in Asian cuisine, you will be responsible for:

• Menu development that blends traditional and contemporary Asian flavors
• Kitchen management, including staff training, scheduling, and operations
• Quality control to ensure excellence and authenticity in every dish
• Building strong relationships with suppliers for the finest ingredients
• Engaging with guests to enhance the overall dining experience
