Key Responsibilities:

• Support team members on M&A deliverables such as drafting information memorandums and management presentations, conducting valuations, financial modeling, and managing due diligence processes.
• Assist in preparing valuation reports, financial modeling, and conducting transaction and trading comparables analysis.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis on companies and industry sectors.
• Support team with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong academic background with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in financial modeling.
• Self-driven, independent, and motivated to excel in a high-performance environment.
