Senior Client Retention Advisory Role - KiwiSaver and Investments

Location: Auckland CBD

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year + bonus + benefits

About the Role:

This role involves a blend of client re-engagement, data analysis, strategy, and reporting within a specialist team dedicated to connecting with customers considering a change in providers. Your responsibilities include understanding customer needs, analyzing data for insights, and presenting findings to senior leadership for positive business improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact existing customers considering a switch of their KiwiSaver Provider
• Provide guidance on KiwiSaver and Managed Funds
• Analyze customer data for patterns and risks
• Collaborate with Marketing on retention strategies
• Advocate for improvements in customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

• Experience in a Client Services or Financial Advisory role
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Knowledge of KiwiSaver and Investments
• Interest in completing Level 5 Financial Services Certificate
• Clear credit and police check
