## About the Role Reporting to the Customer Experience & Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer loyalty and driving engagement through targeted marketing strategies. You will leverage CRM management skills to analyze customer data, identify trends, and contribute to strategic marketing initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with global brand standards. Collaborating closely with internal teams, agencies, and Jaguar Land Rover's global network, you will execute impactful campaigns, monitor performance, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.

## About You We seek an individual with a keen understanding of customer behavior and a talent for providing data-driven insights to support marketing strategies. To excel in this role, you will: - Bring proven experience in digital marketing, CRM, or customer loyalty management - Have proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM platforms - Demonstrate a track record of successfully planning and executing marketing campaigns - Possess strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and reporting tools - Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
