Overview:

Are you a natural leader with a passion for sales and marketing? Callaghan Innovation is seeking a Marketing Lead to join their team in either Wellington or Auckland. This full-time, fixed-term position until the end of 2024 offers the opportunity to lead the marketing team and drive digital platforms strategy and marketing automation.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver key initiatives to enable sales and revenue growth through digital platforms optimization
• Provide inclusive team leadership by coaching and supporting team members
• Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Design and evolve frameworks and strategies for product marketing
• Implement and improve marketing and channel operations processes

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills
• Experience in product marketing strategy
• Knowledge of digital marketing and marketing automation
• Background in sales and marketing channel operations
• Proficiency in process management and continuous improvement
• Effective time and task management abilities
• Analytical capabilities to navigate complex environments
