Responsibilities
- Executing the CX strategy and customer intimacy program
- Engaging with the network to enhance customer experiences
- Managing the 5 Star Hospitality program
- Overseeing the Voice of Customer program
- Collaborating with digital specialists for digital experiences
- Facilitating the customer voice through research and design workshops
- Developing and reporting on Customer Experience metrics
- Identifying opportunities for CX improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or CX
- Knowledge of customer experience and its impact on business success
- Experience in customer experience or communications programs
- Understanding of human-centered design
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Familiarity with digital components of CX
- Customer research and interviewing expertise
- Team player with a focus on delivery
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field
