### Role Overview As a customer service/account manager, your primary responsibility will be managing key accounts and ensuring the smooth movement of freight throughout the network. You will be the main point of contact for your key accounts, providing regular updates and addressing any inquiries they may have. This full-time position requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach to customer service.
