About the Role

As a Team Lead at Inland Revenue, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced Team Leads to encourage innovation, coach your team members, and support their development. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Encouraging innovation and seeking opportunities to enhance customer services
  • Actively coaching and empowering your team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Supporting resolution of complex issues and focusing on better outcomes
  • Building and developing your team's capabilities for improved business outcomes
  • Promoting health, safety, and wellness within your team

The salary range for this role is between $93,257 and $102,695.
