Join Our Team as a Database & Grants Coordinator and Fundraising Support

Are you looking to make a difference in the not-for-profit sector? The Catholic Caring Foundation, the philanthropic organization of the Catholic Bishop of Auckland, is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. We provide support to those in need within the Catholic diocese of Auckland by managing donations and providing grants to local community organizations.

About the Role

This full-time position, based in Ponsonby Auckland, offers a varied role with responsibilities including:

  • Managing donor database and donations
  • Coordinating grants and providing support
  • Offering fundraising support and donor care
  • Basic accounting tasks such as receipting and reconciliations
  • Direct liaison with key stakeholders

The ideal candidate will be a multitasker with excellent communication skills, advanced computer skills, and experience with CRM systems, particularly Infosoft Fundraiser Pro or similar software.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Experience in database management and administration
  • A team player mindset with a dedication to caring for people and community
