Job Role: Design Manager

Monkeytoe has exciting opportunities for Design Managers to join their Auckland office. This newly created position aims to strengthen regional and national design teams, enhance customer service, and improve project efficiency. Key responsibilities include using 2D and 3D drafting systems, effective communication, project management, team leadership, customer engagement, and ensuring departmental compliance with company objectives.

Key Requirements

• Experience with Autodesk Inventor or similar parametric modelling software
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent team and people management abilities
• Mentorship and coaching skills
• Active engagement with customers and internal teams
• Promotion of high-level precision and accuracy
• Focus on maintaining reasonable lead times
• Commitment to Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems
