Job requirements

Job responsibilities

- Provide general administrative support to the Diabetes Call Centre team - Maintain accurate patient training records - Email and follow up with patients regarding pre-work requirements - File product warranties - Follow up with pharmacies or healthcare professionals to ensure timely delivery of pumps - Assist with sending out promotional materials
