Diesel Mechanic and Vehicle Technician Full-time Job

• Hours: 30-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Job responsibilities:

• Maintain, test and repair diesel motors and mechanical parts of trucks and heavy vehicles
• Perform engine reconditioning and reassembling
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues
• Perform scheduled maintenance services
• Prepare vehicles for warrant of fitness and certificate of fitness checks
• Check and maintain Vehicle Workshop tools and equipment
• Test and adjust mechanical parts for proper performance

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with diesel engines

Skills:

• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues
• Experience in engine reconditioning and maintenance
• Knowledge of pollution regulations for maintenance services
• Good understanding of vehicle diagnostic tools
• Strong attention to detail
