AllGroom, a fast-paced eCommerce company specializing in pet grooming supplies, is looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Coordinator to join their small team based in Mount Wellington, New Zealand. If you are a pet owner or an animal lover, this is an excellent opportunity to combine your passion for animals with digital marketing in New Zealand's largest pet grooming supplier.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and executing multi-channel experiences throughout the customer journey.
• Planning campaigns, promotions, and keeping up with a schedule in advance.
• Deploying and scheduling eDMs.
• Keeping the website up to date with images, descriptions, and new products.
• Curating our Social Media channels.
• Driving traffic and conversions of eCommerce sales through optimal media use.
• Generating reports and analysis of email marketing, social media, and website performance.
• Ensuring campaigns/interactions are on time.
• Tracking campaign performance and budgets.
• Communicating and collaborating with all departments.
• Supporting the wider team for data queries and marketing deployment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business.
• Minimum 2 years of Digital Marketing or relevant experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Practical knowledge of digital platforms including Klaviyo, Shopify, and Canva (or Photoshop).
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively under pressure.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
• Attention to detail and initiative.
• A love of pets and a positive 'can do' attitude.
• Bonus skill: Pet Grooming knowledge.
