Job Description

As a Customer Service & Marketing Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a pleasant customer experience through effective communication and exceptional service. You will work closely with the National Sales Managers in New Zealand and Australia, assisting with product launches, website development, and social media marketing.

Responsibilities

- Maintain high customer service standards - Process customer sale orders promptly - Address customer inquiries in a timely manner - Handle credit returns efficiently - Assist in establishing customer accounts - Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by management - Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer needs

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess: - Strong organizational and communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Attention to detail in data entry, reporting, and analysis - Self-motivation and a collaborative spirit - A passion for building lasting customer relationships - Willingness to travel to Australia occasionally

Location and Benefits

- Location: Penrose, Auckland - Salary: $75,000 to $80,000 per year - Free parking available
