Exciting Data Analyst Contract Opportunity in Auckland

Overview

A large Auckland-based company is seeking Data Analysts to join their team for a long-term contract position as part of a greenfield enterprise-level HRIS transformation project. The project is set to run until the end of 2025, offering stability and great rates for the successful candidates.

Project Details

This end-to-end migration project involves working with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, migrate and cleanse data, create documentation, visualize data, and provide training and support to the HR team on using the new system effectively. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Excel, SQL, and HRIS tools, with proficiency in BI tools like Tableau or Power BI for data migration purposes.

Key Skills Required

• Extensive experience in Excel and SQL
• Experience with HRIS tools and HR systems
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate with non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with database queries for migration processes
