Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to join our team at the Penrose location. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of logistics and the Auckland region, excellent organizational skills, and a strong ability to collaborate with the team and solve problems efficiently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently dispatch company vans throughout Auckland
• Organize daily, weekly, and monthly job schedules for on-site glazing and project teams
• Collaborate with management to streamline workflows for residential and commercial projects
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and management
• Provide excellent customer service during client interactions

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong understanding of logistics and the geographical layout of Auckland. Organizational skills, team collaboration abilities, and excellent communication are essential. Prior experience in the glass industry is a plus.
