About the Role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Duty Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our staff to provide top-notch service to our customers. Your duties will include ensuring the freshness and quality of our products, maintaining outstanding personal service standards, overseeing the smooth operation of all departments, assisting customers with inquiries, and managing the store closing procedures.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional store experiences, possess excellent communication skills, and have a friendly and approachable demeanor. We are seeking someone who can think on their feet, adapt to different tasks, and collaborate effectively with team members to ensure the success of our store.

Requirements

• Valid manager's certificate or LCQ at a minimum
• Previous management experience in a retail setting, preferably a supermarket
• Availability to work at least 4 nights a week, ideally 5, with shifts on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 11am to 8pm
