About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Rebel Sport store as a Duty Manager. As a Duty Manager, your responsibilities will include team leadership, shift management, training and coaching team members, ensuring excellent customer service, and handling online order fulfillment. This role is perfect for individuals interested in the retail industry and ready to take the next step in their career.

The ideal candidate will be available for shifts from Tuesday to Saturday as follows:

• Tuesday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
• Wednesday: 10:00am - 5:45pm
• Thursday: 1:00pm - 8:15pm
• Friday: 8:45am - 5:45pm
• Saturday: 8:45am - 6:15pm

Skills and Experience Required

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience as a Duty Manager in a retail environment
• Demonstrated retail experience and a passion for the industry
• Exceptional customer service skills
• A reliable and trustworthy work ethic
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexibility to work weekends and varied hours
• Understanding of Health and Safety protocols
