About the role:

Based in our Briscoes Manukau store, a part-time vacancy exists for a Duty Manager. This is a busy role so the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is a must. The main functions of this role are team leadership, running shifts, training and coaching team members, customer service and picking and packing online orders. 

This is the first step in our retail management journey, so would suit someone ready to take on some additional responsibility in our management and leadership space. 

This is a part-time role, working Thursday, Friday and Saturday - 20 hours a week.

Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Proven Duty Manager experience
  • Proven retail experience
  • A drive to have a career in retail
  • Amazing customer service ability
  • A reliable, trustworthy work ethic
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work flexible hours/weekends
  • An understanding of the importance of Health and Safety in the workplace
