Job Description

At Pak'nSave Royal Oak, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Butchery 2IC to become a valuable part of our busy Butchery department. As the Butchery 2IC, your role will involve assisting the Butchery Manager in various tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth operations of the department.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Managing Ordering, Stocktaking, and Shrinkage
• Maintaining a safe work environment
• Directing and supervising the team
• Rostering
• Ensuring Butchery serve-over is well stocked and appearance standards are maintained
• Ensuring correct pricing, dates, and packaging of products
• Undertaking Butchery food preparation tasks
• Cleaning as per food safety control plan

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

• Experience in a Supermarket or Retail environment
• Ability to work well in a team
• Good punctuality and attendance record
• Confidence in managing staff and rosters
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Adherence to Food Safety and OSH standards
• Physical fitness and a high level of personal presentation
• Integrity, reliability, honesty, and self-motivation
• Proficiency in English with the ability to communicate fluently
• Experience with SAP Knowledge (preferred)
