If you are a NZ qualified solicitor with 4-8 years of experience and have a passion for employment law matters, this opportunity might be perfect for you. Our client, a well-respected full-service law firm in Auckland's CBD, is seeking an experienced lawyer to join their Employment team. You will work with industry leaders on a wide range of employment law and health and safety related matters.

What to Expect

The scope of work is varied and interesting, offering significant client exposure as you handle a range of cases involving employer and employee rights, personal grievances, disputes, and litigation. You will also have the opportunity to work on collective bargaining, unjustified dismissal, redundancy, bullying, harassment, discrimination claims, and more.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for this role is a NZ qualified solicitor with a practical, solutions-focused approach to handling employment law matters. While previous experience in employment law matters is preferable, the firm is looking for someone who is eager to join a dedicated employment law team and learn from industry leaders.
