About the Role

In this role, you will have the chance to work on a diverse range of civil litigation matters for both local and global clients. From handling cases related to insurance, public liability, property damage, to professional indemnity and maritime law, you will gain valuable experience across various legal areas. You will also assist Partners and senior lawyers throughout all stages of litigation, from providing pre-action advice to trial advocacy.

Moreover, you will develop your research, writing, and analytical skills in a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment. By participating in client meetings, mediations, and hearings, you will enhance your courtroom experience and legal expertise. What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate should hold an LLB with a minimum of 2+ years PQE and a current NZ legal practising certificate. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for presenting complex legal arguments effectively.
