Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for employment relations and a track record of delivering results? Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employment Relations Consultant to join their diverse and exciting team in Auckland. As an Employment Relations Consultant, you will provide effective, pragmatic, consistent, and timely employment relations advice and support to people leaders and employees to achieve positive ER outcomes.

What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A relevant tertiary degree qualification, ideally in Law or Human Resources
• At least 5 years of experience working in employment relations roles in a complex ER environment
• Capability in advising on disciplinary processes, conducting employment investigations, and interpreting New Zealand employment legislation
• Stakeholder engagement skills to build strong relationships with people leaders
• Proven negotiation abilities and the capacity to facilitate employment resolutions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and situational awareness
