## About the Work The employment team at this firm handles a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious matters on behalf of employers. This includes but is not limited to dismissal processes, restructuring, redundancies, privacy issues, health and safety regulations, collective bargaining, employment aspects of M&A transactions, and performance management. With a diverse clientele that includes high-profile corporations and public sector entities, you can expect a variety of engaging and challenging work.

## What We're Looking For The ideal candidate for this role would have at least 3-4 years of PQE in employment law and a strong desire to elevate their practice to the next level. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by building strong client relationships, this opportunity is for you.
