The Role: Enrolments and Outbound Manager

The Enrolments and Outbound Manager is responsible for maintaining customer-centric processes and leading a team of specialists. This role involves assisting customers in booking the right courses, ensuring a respectful pre-course experience, and preparing participants for their Outward Bound adventure.

What We Need from You

• Experience in forward planning for course scheduling
• Identifying revenue opportunities and developing relationships
• Collaborating with marketing for revenue growth
• Leading the enrolments and screening team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Supporting Outward Bound's digital engagement efforts
