Job responsibilities
- Oversee planning and implementation of tournaments and competition structures. - Develop and integrate tournaments and competitions across Member Associations. - Manage budgets, equipment logistics, Technical Officials, and contractors. - Produce post-tournament reports and metrics collection. - Collaborate with hosts, oversee tournament entries, draws, and software management.
Qualifications
- Entry to intermediate level position within a small sporting organization. - Experience in planning and delivering badminton tournaments. - Good time management, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize work.
Skills
- Passion for badminton and commitment to sport development. - Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills. - Competency in English – spoken and written. - Flexibility to work in a small team at all levels.
