The Role

Sky is looking for a diligent and organized Executive Team Administrator to join their team in efficiently managing service purchases and ticket allocations for the Executive Team. The role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth business operations and enhancing engagement with crew, customers, and clients. Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders for Executive spending in compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Provide support to Executive and Senior Leadership Team members in the purchasing process.
• Collaborate with Finance Operations team for efficient purchase order management.
• Liaise with stakeholders to allocate event tickets effectively.
• Work with different teams to distribute tickets and benefits efficiently.
• Promote health and safety standards in the workplace.
• Seek personal development opportunities and embrace te reo Māori.

What You Will Bring

Essential:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• NCEA Level 3 qualifications in English and Mathematics.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.
• Strong attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Experience in medium to large-scale organizations.
• Familiarity with finance systems such as Pegasus.
• Experience in process improvement initiatives.
