Qualities We Are Looking For

• A minimum of 18 months of experience in a barbershop
• Technical competence in all aspects of the trade
• Ability to work unsupervised and maintain a high standard of work
• Punctuality and commitment to agreed hours of work
• Driven, self-managing, and motivated to increase earnings
• Strong client relationship skills that contribute to your success
• Fluency in English
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand
