Job Opportunity for Fabricators and Welders

Role 1: Fabricator-Welder (Boilermaker)

We are currently seeking fabricator-welders (boilermakers) and welders with experience in MIG, FLUX CORE, and ARC welding techniques. The role involves tasks such as structural fabrication, welding, and crafting gates, fences, and other metalwork. This position is based in Perth, offering plenty of opportunities for regular overtime with penal rates.

Role 2: Stainless Steel Fabricator-Welder

We are also looking for fabricator-welders (boilermakers) and welders experienced in fabricating and welding stainless steel, specifically using MIG and TIG welding methods. The work focuses on thin plate stainless steel, requiring the ability to fabricate and weld 3 to 5 mm stainless plate. This role, based in Perth, offers penal rates with additional pay incentives for overtime hours worked.

Compensation and Benefits

The rates for these roles range between Australian $38 and $42 per hour, with superannuation contributions set at 11% of hourly wages. Including superannuation, the total hourly rates amount to approximately AU$42 to $46, equivalent to around NZ$50 per hour before accounting for overtime. These positions provide competitive compensation packages to attract skilled candidates.
