Job Opportunity: Carpenter / Cabinet Maker

VSP Interiors is currently seeking a hard-working and reliable Carpenter / Cabinet Maker to join their team of valued employees. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in carpentry and cabinet making.

Job Responsibilities

Carpenter:

• Studying drawings and specifications
• Ordering and selecting materials
• Assembling and nailing parts
• Erecting framework and roof framing
• Repairing existing fittings
• Conducting renovations and maintenance

Cabinet Maker:

• Constructing and assembling cabinet components
• Verifying measurements and calculations
• Working with various materials
• Installing hardware and fittings
• Reinforcing joints and attachments
• Repairing and refurbishing furniture

Work Details and Location

This is a full-time role with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of overtime. The hourly rate ranges from $30.00 to $35.00. The work location is at VSP Interiors' factory in Rosedale, Auckland.
