Job requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of experience leading a landscape/construction team - Valid NZ driver’s license and clean driving record - Ability to operate company equipment and machinery - Good level of health and fitness

Job responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the team on all landscaping and fencing projects - Ensure work is completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget - Train and mentor team members on proper techniques and safety procedures - Create daily plan and communicate it to the crew - Maintain accurate records of job site activity

Qualifications

- Valid NZ work visa or NZ residency - Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug test - Consent to a third-party criminal conviction check

Skills

- Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to read plans/blueprints and take projects from start to finish - Attention to detail and focus on quality, efficiency, and health and safety - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
